The investment for Engage!25 Peru is $9,500 US plus your accommodations, offered at exclusive rates, at Monasterio, A Belmond Hotel. Rates will range from $600 to $1000 per night, plus a 10% service charge for single occupancy.

The registration fee includes all hosted food & beverage events (breakfasts, lunches, breaks, cocktails, and dinners for three days and nights), the journey to Machu Picchu aboard the Hiram Bingham, a Belmond Train, a professionally facilitated program, customized guided discussions, and experiential activities. You are responsible for air travel, ground transfers from Alejandro Velasco Astete Airport (CUZ), and any spa treatments or excursions you add.

Engage!25 Peru is non-refundable but can be transferred to another person for the same event with advance written notice and approval (no later than two weeks before). Please review our Cancellations and Transfers policy in our Terms & Conditions before registering. Due to the limited number of attendees, no discounts are offered.

Engage! registration payments will be taken via credit card unless you represent a Resort/Venue/Tourism Board, which may pay by corporate check or wire transfer.

What is the investment to join this retreat experience?

I would love for my spouse/partner to join, is that possible?

Due to limited capacities and the unique nature of the Retreat experience, the entire program for Engage!25 Peru is for registered attendees only. As we will have a complete buyout of the resort, guests of our group will have limited services and amenities. Thank you for understanding

When does registration open?

Registration officially opens for Engage!25 Peru on August 8th at 12:00 pm EDT.

What is the cancellation policy?

Attendance at Engage! is non-refundable but transferrable to another individual for the same event. Please refer to our official Terms & Conditions here.

What is the payment policy/deposit schedule?

We offer a 50% deposit at the time of registration. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before the event (June 9th, 2025) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You can also pay in full at the time of registration.

Payment must be made via credit card except hotels/resorts/venues and tourism boards that require an invoice/payment by check or wire transfer.

A limited number of rooms are offered for pre and post-stays at our preferential Engage! rates. Details for booking accommodations at these special rates will be shared with registered attendees.

A great way to experience more of Peru and more of the beautiful hotels of Belmond, Journeys in Peru is pleased to offer a variety of pre- and post-event tours for you to participate in. These tours are not included in the Engage! registration fee and must be booked directly through Journeys in Peru.

Experience Lima – Sept 6th – 8th at Miraflores Park, A Belmond Hotel in Ocean View Junior Suite. Guided tours of all Lima has to offer. $1150.00 per person for double occupancy, $1810 per person for single occupancy.

Sacred Valley – Sept 11th – Sept 13th – Rio Sagrada, A Belmond Hotel in Deluxe Terrace Room. Tours of Chinchero, Maras, Ollantaytambo, and the ruins of Pisac. $1570 per person for double occupancy; $2303 per person for single occupancy.

The Andean Explorer Train and Colca Canyon – Sept 11th – Sept 14th – Your journey departs from Cusco, the ancient capital of the Inca Empire, and courses along the highest plains of the Andes to reach the reflective beauty of Lake Titicaca, then on to Colca Canyon, and spending your final night at Las Casitas, A Belmond Hotel.

Suite Cabin – $5774 double occupancy; $9787 single occupancy. Twin cabin – $4999 single occupancy; $8435 double occupancy.
