In partnership with Belmond Hotels, we are delighted to announce Engage!25 Peru, September 8th – 11th, 2025 at Monasterio, a Belmond Hotel in Cusco and Hiram Bingham, A Belmond Train. An intimate gathering, our Retreat is focused on strengthening meaningful connections between 75 like-minded luxury global event industry leaders. This next-level engagement, taking over the exclusive Monasterio, emphasizes personal development and professional growth, featuring professional facilitation and peer-led discussions, all while exploring this one-of-a-kind destination. We are thrilled to share that Peruvian event impresario Arturo de Noriega will be the creative director for design and decor for this very special Engage! Retreat.

Engage! brings together leaders in the luxury wedding industry, from celebrity planners to luxury lifestyle experts to creative entrepreneurs, offering unique insights on business strategies and life balance. Return engagees take special care to welcome first-time attendees, and friendships are created and strengthened as busy pros take a break from serving others to share their successes and challenges with like-minded, high-caliber peers from the wedding and events community.

As a vital aspect of the retreat program, we will host peer-facilitated round table conversations, focusing on topics most relevant and essential to this high-level group. We also welcome internationally acclaimed facilitators to lead unique sessions throughout the three days of each retreat. Each facilitator’s approach is centered around helping you build emotional strength and discipline through practice and physical movement, ultimately leading to greater self-awareness, confidence, and performance.

Journeying from historic Cusco through the Sacred Valley and up to the entrance of Machu Picchu, the Hiram Bingham is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure with breathtaking, open-air views. We will feast upon exquisite Peruvian cuisine and indulge in the vintage cocktail bar for a punchy Pisco sour. At the citadel, be awed by the majestic ruins with a professional guide before heading to Sanctuary Lodge, A Belmond Hotel, for a refreshing cocktail in the mountains.
