Registration for all of our 2025 events will open on Thursday, August 8th, at 12 pm EDT. 

The registration fee is $9500 per person and includes all hosted food & beverage events (breakfasts, lunches, breaks, cocktails, and dinners for three days/nights), a professionally facilitated program, customized guided discussions, a day on the Hiram Bingham Train, and planned wellness and adventure activities.

Air travel, ground transportation from the airport, and hotel accommodations are not included. Preferential room rates at our host resort Monasterio, A Belmond Hotel will range from $600 to $1000 per night plus 10% service charge for single occupancy. Details for booking your accommodations at the Engage! rates will be provided upon registration confirmation. You are also responsible for any spa treatments or excursions you add to your stay.

Due to the limited number of Retreat attendees, no discounts will be offered for Engage!25 Peru.

Airport transfers are not included in the registration fee; however, transportation between locations/excursions during the event is included. 

Hotel accommodations are not included in your registration fee, but we have arranged preferential rates at our host resort Monasterio, A Belmond Hotel will range from $600 to $1000 per night plus 10% service charge for single occupancy. Details for booking your accommodations at the Engage! rates will be provided upon registration confirmation.

A limited number of rooms are offered for pre and post-stays at our preferential Engage! rates. Details for booking accommodations at these special rates will be shared with registered attendees.

A great way to experience more of Peru and more of the beautiful hotels of Belmond, Journeys in Peru is pleased to offer a variety of pre- and post-event tours for you to participate in. These tours are not included in the Engage! registration fee and must be booked directly through Journeys in Peru.

Experience Lima – Sept 6th – 8th at Miraflores Park, A Belmond Hotel in Ocean View Junior Suite. Guided tours of all Lima has to offer. $1150.00 per person for double occupancy, $1810 per person for single occupancy.

Sacred Valley – Sept 11th – Sept 13th – Rio Sagrada, A Belmond Hotel in Deluxe Terrace Room. Tours of Chinchero, Maras, Ollantaytambo, and the ruins of Pisac. $1570 per person for double occupancy; $2303 per person for single occupancy.

The Andean Explorer Train and Colca Canyon – Sept 11th – Sept 14th – Your journey departs from Cusco, the ancient capital of the Inca Empire, and courses along the highest plains of the Andes to reach the reflective beauty of Lake Titicaca, then on to Colca Canyon, and spending your final night at Las Casitas, A Belmond Hotel.

Suite Cabin – $5774 double occupancy; $9787 single occupancy. Twin cabin – $4999 single occupancy; $8435 double occupancy.

We offer a 50% deposit at the time of registration. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before the event (June 9th, 2025) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You can also pay in full at the time of registration.

Payment must be made via credit card except hotels/resorts/venues and tourism boards that require an invoice/payment by check or wire transfer.

This intimate retreat will be limited to 75 attendees and focused on strengthening meaningful connections between like-minded luxury event industry leaders, personal development, and professional growth with outside-the-industry experts, peer-led discussions and amazing experiences in one of the world’s most unique and extraordinary destinations.

While we do not share the attendee list before an event, Engage! attendees include planners and designers, floral designers, luxury resorts, hotels and venues, photographers and cinematographers, media, entertainment, and many others—any category that touches the luxury wedding and events industry! 

In an effort to ensure the magic mix of industries at every Engage! event, each participant category has a limit. Once the limit is reached for an industry category, that category will go to a waitlist. If a spot becomes available within that category, we will offer it to those on the official waitlist. We reserve the right to verify registrant industry categories.

Yes, if you have a credit from a past Engage! event (within two years), you can apply it to this event as long as space is available. If you are interested in transferring, please email us as soon as possible at engage@engagingconcepts.com as spots are limited. 

You will be given an ‘event key’ to apply the credit when you register. Please note that we are unable to save spots for those with credits from past events, and there will be no refunds for credits not applied during registration.

Engage! registrations are non-refundable but transferable to another person for the same event with advance written notice and approval. Please review our Cancellations and Transfers policy in our Terms & Conditions before registering.

Due to limited capacities, the entire Engage!25 Peru program is for registered attendees only. You are, however, welcome to bring a guest to share your room, enjoy Monatserio, A Belmond Hotel, and explore Cusco while you’re participating in Engage!, but please note that guests of attendees will have limited access to services as they will be dedicated to our group.
