The investment for Engage!27 Costa Rica is $8,500 US plus your accommodations at Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Exclusive rates will be offered, ranging from $720++ for reserve rooms and plunge-pool rooms, $945++ for one-bedroom suites, and $1800++ for a two-bedroom suite per night. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) and a 3% service fee, which is in effect at check-in. A Resort Fee of USD $50 (plus 13% tax) per room, per night will be charged in addition to the room rate. Any additional guestrooms requested outside the contracted room block, including pre- and post-event stays, are subject to availability at the time of booking.

The registration fee includes all hosted food & beverage events (lunches, breaks, cocktails, and dinners), a professionally facilitated program, customized guided discussions, and experiential activities. You are responsible for air travel, airport transfers, and any spa treatments or excursions you may choose to book.

Engage!27 Costa Rica is non-refundable but can be transferred to another person for the same event with advance written notice and approval (no later than two weeks before). Please review our Cancellations and Transfers policy in our Terms & Conditions before registering. Due to the limited number of attendees, no discounts are offered for our Retreats.

Engage! registration payments will be taken via credit card, unless you represent a resort, venue, or tourism board, which may pay by corporate check or wire transfer.

What is the investment to join Engage!27 Costa Rica?

The registration fee includes all hosted food & beverage events (breakfasts, lunches, breaks, cocktails, and dinners), a professionally facilitated program, customized guided discussions, and experiential activities. You are responsible for air travel, ground transfers from Liberia Airport LIR, and any spa treatments or excursions you may choose to book.

I would love for my spouse/partner to join, is that possible?

Due to limited capacities and the unique nature of the Retreat experience, the entire program is for registered attendees only. As we will have a complete buyout of the hotel, guests of attendees will have limited access to services and amenities. Thank you for understanding.

When does registration open?

Registration officially opens for Engage!27 Costa Rica on August 20th at 11 am EDT.

What is the cancellation policy?

Attendance at Engage! is non-refundable but transferable to another individual for the same event (no later than two weeks before). Please refer to our official Terms & Conditions here.

What is the payment policy/deposit schedule?

We offer a 50% deposit at the time of registration. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before the event (August 1, 2027) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You can also pay in full at the time of registration.

Payment must be made via credit card except for hotels/resorts/venues and tourism boards that require an invoice/payment by check or wire transfer.

I'd love to arrive earlier - what would you recommend?

A limited number of rooms are offered for pre- and post-stays at our preferential Engage! rates. Details for booking accommodations at these special rates will be shared with registered attendees.
