WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND ENGAGE!24 NEMACOLIN SUMMIT
The cost is $5,500 per person and includes three days and nights of exceptional connections, education, inspiration, amazing cuisine, spectacular entertainment, parties, signature gifting, and much more! Air travel, ground transportation from the airport, and hotel accommodations are not included. We have a complete takeover and been offered incredible rates at Nemacolin from $399/night plus taxes and resort fees. Specific booking details will be shared upon registration confirmation. The earlier you confirm, the higher the likelihood you will get your preferred location and type of accommodation.

IS THERE A REDUCED RATE FOR ATTENDING MY 5TH or MORE ENGAGE?
Yes, for those attending your 5th or more Engage!event there will be an automatic reduction of $500. Reduced rates are taken at the time of registration.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION CREDIT FROM A PAST EVENT TO ENGAGE!24 NEMACOLIN SUMMIT?
Yes, that is possible as long as we have the space available. If you are interested in transferring please email us as soon as possible engage@engagingconcepts.com to receive a code to use at time of registration as spots are very limited. We do not hold spots aside for those with past event credits.
MIX OF ATTENDEES
In an effort to ensure the magic mix of industries at every Engage! event, each participant category may have a limit. Once the limit is reached for each Industry category, that category will go to waitlist status and if a spot becomes open within that category we will offer it to those on the official waitlist. We reserve the right to verify your industry category.
WILL YOU HAVE THE SAME SPEAKERS & PROGRAM AS IN THE PAST?
We carefully curate our speaker roster and they will be announced in the spring of 2024. We will have a blend of Engage! favorites – all-stars in the world of luxury weddings and events – as well as an exciting array of talent representing those doing big things in the business of weddings and luxury worldwide. Our program will be customized to, and inspired by, our incredible location.
MY SPOUSE/SIGNIFICANT OTHER WILL BE JOINING ME. HOW MAY I INCLUDE THEM IN THE EVENING EVENTS?
Due to limited capacities, the entire program for Engage!24 Nemacolin Summit is for registered attendees only. As we will have a total takeover of Nemacolin, please note that parts of the resort will be operating in limited capacities in order to focus on our group events – this includes restaurants, bars and activities.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our long-standing policy is that attendance at Engage! is non-refundable but transferrable to another individual for the same event up to two weeks prior to the event with advance notice and approval from our team. Please refer to our official Terms & Conditions here. If you are wishing to transfer to another potential attendee from a different industry category than yours, please let us know as we usually have a waitlist and we can offer first to those on the waitlist.
What are my payment options?
We offer a 50% deposit at the time of registration and then the remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to the event (3/3/24) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Of course, you have the option to pay in full at the time of registration.
Pre/Post Stays?
There are limited rooms offered at Nemacolin with our special Engage! rates should you wish to come early or add a few days to your stay to enjoy the resort. These details will be provided upon registration confirmation and we encourage you to book early.
