Exclusive Talks

Engage! brings together the “who’s who” of the luxury wedding and event industry, as well as leading and emerging lights in the worlds of luxury, business, entrepreneurship and more. The lineup and topics are always changing, providing everything from nuts-and-bolts strategies on pricing and client relationships, to insights on the struggles and successes of maintaining creativity and life-work balance in challenging times.

Thoughtful Details

Engage! details are meant to excite and inspire, presenting attendees with ideas they can bring to their own clients. Gifting is extensive and changes with every setting and location with a focus given to supporting local artisans and craftsman to provide meaningful keepsakes that reflect the destination. Each Engage! Summit has its own color palette, drawing from the destination and flavored by fashion and style trends. Our “Pack with a Purpose” initiative through the newly formed Engage! Foundation allows attendees to leave a lasting impact by partnering with locally based charitable organizations to bring much needed supplies (a list will be provided in advance) and which allows  room in your suitcase to take home your keepsakes and gifting!

Intimate Sessions

Intimate by design, each Engage! Summit is limited in number of participants (both speakers and attendees), in order to create the optimum mix for networking and meaningful interaction. Attendees represent a global cross-section of the wedding and events industry with one key thing in common: They all service the same high-caliber clientele, and want to increasingly up their game. Intimate sessions and experiences are designed to create a myriad of smaller group opportunities for Engagees to elevate the conversation and share challenges and opportunities facing the industry today.

Each Engage! summit takes advantage of the location, with resort and restaurant partners thrilled to showcase their best to this influential group of discerning foodies. From surprise samples from leading chefs and caterers (past events have included Wolfgang Puck, Peter Callahan and The Grand Bevy) to themed breaks featuring Pinterest-worthy presentations, Engage! cuisine is designed to satisfy your palate and please your other senses as well.

Exceptional Parties

It’s no secret: The wedding industry loves to celebrate! Engage! gives industry partners the chance to treat Engagees the same way they treat their high-caliber clients: with parties that are exciting, visually stunning, and always going the extra mile to entertain. From the Welcome Party, which showcases the destination, to the Farewell Gala designed by leading planners and designers, you never know what to expect…except a crowded dance floor!
