  • Accommodations

    The host resorts for Engage!19 Baha Mar are Rosewood Hotel, SLS Baha Mar, and Grand Hyatt. Very special rates are being offered at each luxury property for Engage!19, from Monday, June 10th through Thursday, June 13th, 2019. Limited pre and post nights are available at the special rates but we do encourage you to book early.

    Special room rates will be offered, beginning at $225 per night (plus tax and resort fee), depending on resort and category. Specific booking instructions and rate descriptions for our group will be sent upon registration confirmation. Questions? Email us at engage@engagingconcepts.com.

  • Flight Assistance

    We have partnered with Harlan & Kara of The Travel Siblings, who are happy to assist with all of Engage! attendee travel arrangements, including room, air and ground transportation, for a nominal fee. They are a wonderful resource to ensure a smooth travel experience to and from the event. Contact information will be shared upon receipt of registration.

  • Transportation

    Baha Mar is just twelve minutes from Nassau's Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS). As part of the event registration fee, all attendees will be transported from Nassau's Lynden Pindling International Airport to Baha Mar Resort via chartered transportation. Details will be provided for registered attendees.

  • Extended Stay

    For those wishing to spend a few extra days experiencing the tranquility of Baha Mar and the Bahamas, we encourage you to do so! The special room rates will be extended for a limited time.
