The registration fee is $6500 per person and includes three days and nights of exceptional connections, education, inspiration, fantastic cuisine, spectacular entertainment, parties, signature gifting, and much more! 

Air travel, ground transportation from the airport, and hotel accommodations are not included. Our host hotel for Engage!27 Boston is The Newbury Boston. Preferential rates will be offered starting at $529+ per night for rooms and $579+ per night for a variety of suites. Details for booking your accommodations at these exclusive Engage! rates will be provided upon registration confirmation.

Engage! registration payments will be taken via credit card unless you represent a Resort/Venue/Tourism Board, which may pay by corporate check or wire transfer. Please visit the investment page for more information.

Yes, for those attending your fifth or more Engage! event, there will be an automatic $500 reduction. Reduced rates are taken at the time of registration. If you accidentally select 5th or more and you’ve not attended that many events, the $500 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Yes, if you have a credit from a past Engage! event (within two years), you can apply it to this event as long as space is available. If you are interested in transferring, please email us as soon as possible at engage@engagingconcepts.com, as spots are limited. 

You will be given an ‘event key’ to apply the credit when you register. Please note that we are unable to save spots for those with credits from past events, and there will be no refunds for credits not applied during registration.

We require a 50% deposit at the time of registration. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before the event (April 27, 2027) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You can also pay in full at the time of registration.

Payment must be made via credit card, except for hotels/resorts/venues and tourism boards that require an invoice/payment by check or wire transfer.

Yes, we are offering purchase protection for our 2027 events through a 3rd party company, Purchase Protection LLC (not affiliated with Engage!). This optional coverage will reimburse your registration fee if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances such as death in the family, severe illness or injury, transportation failure, etc. It does not cover your purchase amount should you decide to take on a new client/opportunity that conflicts with the Engage! event you register for. Please read the Full Terms before purchasing.

Engage! Summits are the ultimate in impactful networking and immersive creative events. 300 wedding and event industry leaders, innovators, and top names in professional and personal development are expected to gather for the highest levels of energy, inspiration, and educational tracks tailored to industry experience, market segment, and area of focus.

While we do not share the attendee list before an event, Engage! attendees include event planners and designers, luxury resorts, hotels and venues, photographers and cinematographers, media, fashion and beauty, luxury travel and hospitality industry, entertainment, floral designers, and many others—any category that touches the luxury wedding and events industry!

To ensure the magic mix of industries at every Engage! event, each participant category has a limit. Once the limit is reached for an industry category, that category will go to a waitlist. If a spot becomes available within that category, we will offer it to those on the official waitlist. We reserve the right to verify registrant industry categories.

We are currently curating our speaker roster for Engage!27 Boston and will share the lineup in early spring 2027. We will have a blend of Engage! favorites – all-stars in the world of luxury weddings and events, as well as a global roster of talent representing those doing big things in the luxury space around the world. Our program will be customized to and heavily inspired by our incredible location.

Due to limited capacity, the entire Engage!27 Boston program is for registered attendees only. You are, however, welcome to bring a guest to share your room, enjoy the hotel, and explore Boston while you’re participating in Engage!.

A limited number of rooms are offered for pre- and post-stays at our preferential Engage! rates. Details for booking accommodations at these special rates will be shared with registered attendees.

Our long-standing policy is that registrations are non-refundable but transferable to another person for the same event with advance written notice and approval. Please review our Cancellations and Transfers policy in our Terms & Conditions before registering.
