When will registration open?
Registration for our 2026 events will open on Friday, August 1st, at noon EDT.
WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND ENGAGE!26 THE Puglia EXPERIENCE?
The registration fee is $8500 per person and includes three days and nights of exceptional connections, education, inspiration, fantastic cuisine, spectacular entertainment, authentic local experiences, parties, signature gifting, and much more! Air travel, ground transportation from the airport, and hotel accommodations are not included.
Our host hotel for Engage!26 The Puglia Experience is Borgo Egnazia. As we have a full buyout of the hotel, all attendees will be staying on the property to fully immerse in the experience and take advantage of everything planned. We highly encourage you to visit the Borgo Egnazia website to familiarize yourself with the wide variety of incredible accommodation types. Very preferential rates will be offered starting from €645.00 per night for La Corte Bella and Borgo Splendida Rooms; €775.00 per night for La Corte Splendida Junior Suite; €940.00 per night for Suites Casetta Bella, Casetta Splendida, Borgo Magnifica, & La Corte Magnifica; €945.00 per night for Two Bedroom Townhouses Casetta Magnifica; and €1,425.00 per night for multi-room Villas (Casa Bella, Casa Deliziosa, Casa Stipenda, Casa Magnifica, & Casa Meravigliosa). All rates are plus VAT. Details for booking your accommodations at these very special Engage! rates will be provided upon registration confirmation. Rates are for single use per room, and a €150 per person, per night charge applies for an additional person sharing a room.
Room rates and categories are limited and offered in the order of registration.
Engage! registration payments will be taken via credit card, unless you represent a resort, venue, or tourism board, which may pay by corporate check or wire transfer.

IS THERE A REDUCED RATE FOR ATTENDING MY 5TH or MORE ENGAGE?
Yes, there will be an automatic $500 reduction for those attending your fifth or more Engage! event.
Does the fee include airport transfers and accommodations?
Airport transfers are not included with your registration fee, however, transportation between locations/excursions during the official Engage! event will be included.
Are pre and post stays offered?
A limited number of rooms are offered for pre and post-stays at our preferential Engage! rates. Details for booking accommodations at these special rates will be shared with registered attendees.
What are my payment options?
We require a 50% deposit at registration, with the remaining 50% due 90 days before the event (August 2, 2026), which will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You also have the option to pay in full at the time of registration.
Payment must be made via credit card except for hotels/resorts/venues and tourism boards that require an invoice/payment by check or wire transfer.
Do you offer purchase protection on Engage! registrations?
Yes, we are offering purchase protection for our 2026 events through a 3rd party company, Purchase Protection LLC (not affiliated with Engage!). This optional coverage will reimburse your registration fee if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances such as death in the family, severe illness or injury, transportation failure, etc. It does not cover your purchase amount should you decide to take on a new client/opportunity that conflicts with the Engage! event you register for. Please read the Full Terms before purchasing.
How many people will attend this event?
This event will be more intimate than our summits, with just 250 attendees, and will surely draw an international audience. We will curate the program and content to reflect who is joining us. Just as no two Engage! events are ever alike this one promises to be incredibly special as we make the world of luxury weddings and social events even smaller while experiencing the magic that Puglia has to offer!
Who will be attending and how do you balance the industry categories?
While we do not share the attendee list before an event, Engage! attendees include event planners and designers, luxury resorts, hotels and venues, photographers and cinematographers, media, fashion and beauty, luxury travel and hospitality industry, entertainment, floral designers and many others—any category that touches the luxury wedding and events industry!
In an effort to ensure the magic mix of industries at every Engage! event, each participant category has a limit. Once the limit is reached for an industry category, that category will go to a waitlist. If a spot becomes available within that category, we will offer it to those on the official waitlist. We reserve the right to verify registrant industry categories.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION FROM A PAST EXPERIENCE TO THE puglia EXPERIENCE?
Yes, if you have a credit from a past Engage! event (within two years), you can apply it to this event as long as space is available. If you are interested in transferring, please email us as soon as possible at engage@engagingconcepts.com, as spots are limited.
You will be given an ‘event key’ to apply the credit when you register. Please note that we are unable to save spots for those with credits from past events, and there will be no refunds for credits not applied during registration.
WILL YOU HAVE THE SAME SPEAKERS & PROGRAM AS IN THE PAST?
We will be curating our speaker roster for Engage!26 The Puglia Experience in the months ahead, and will share the lineup mid-2026. We will have a blend of Engage! favorites– all-stars in the world of luxury weddings and events, as well as a global roster of talent representing those doing big things in the luxury space worldwide. Our program will be customized to and heavily inspired by our spectacular location.
CAN I BRING A GUEST TO JOIN ME?
Due to limited capacities, the entire Engage!26 The Puglia Experience program is for registered attendees only. You are, however, welcome to bring a guest to share your room, enjoy Borgo Egnazia, and explore Puglia while you’re participating in Engage!. Please note that, as we have a total buyout of Borgo Egnazia, some services and outlets will be temporarily limited.
CAN I APPLY A PAST CREDIT TOWARD THIS EVENT?
Yes, if you have a credit from a past Engage! event (within two years), you can apply it to this event as long as space is available. If you are interested in transferring, please email us as soon as possible at engage@engagingconcepts.com as spots are limited.
