Please read below for frequently asked questions related to Engage!26 French Riviera Retreat at Maybourne Riviera. We are happy to answer any additional questions you may have so please reach out to us directly at engage@engagingconcepts.com.
This intimate retreat is focused on strengthening meaningful connections between 75 like-minded luxury event industry leaders. Through next-level engagement at this exclusive 5-star, spectacular hotel, our focus will be on personal development and professional growth, featuring outside-the-industry experts, peer-facilitated discussions, and unique experiences.
When does registration open?
Registration for all of our 2026 events will open on Friday, August 1st, at 12 pm EDT.
What is the cost to attend Engage!26 French Riviera?
The registration fee is $8500 per person and includes all hosted food & beverage events (lunches, breaks, cocktails, and dinners), a professionally facilitated program, customized guided discussions, and planned wellness and adventure activities.
Air travel, ground transportation from the airport, and hotel accommodations are not included. Preferential run of house room rates for Maybourne Riviera are €699 per night, inclusive of VAT and breakfast, and are limited. Details for booking your accommodations at the special Engage! rates will be provided upon registration confirmation. You are responsible for any spa treatments or additional excursions you add to your stay.

Is there a reduced rate for attending my 5th or more Engage?
Due to the limited number of Retreat attendees, no discounts will be offered for Engage!26 French Riviera.
Does the registration fee include airport transfers and accommodations?
Accommodations and airport transfers are not included in the registration fee; however, transportation between locations/excursions during the event is included.
Are pre and post stays offered at the Engage! rate?
A limited number of rooms are offered for pre and post-stays at our preferential Engage! rate. Details for booking accommodations at these special rates will be shared with registered attendees.
What are the payment options?
We offer a 50% deposit at the time of registration. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before the event (January 13th, 2026) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You can also pay in full at the time of registration.
Payment must be made via credit card except hotels, resorts, venues and tourism boards that require an invoice/payment by check or wire transfer.
Do you offer purchase protection on Engage! registrations?
Yes, we are offering purchase protection for our 2026 events through a 3rd party company, Purchase Protection LLC (not affiliated with Engage!). This optional coverage will reimburse your registration fee if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances such as death in the family, severe illness or injury, transportation failure, etc. It does not cover your purchase amount should you decide to take on a new client/opportunity that conflicts with the Engage! event you register for. How many people will attend this event?
This intimate retreat will be limited to 75 attendees and focused on strengthening meaningful connections between like-minded luxury event industry leaders, personal development, and professional growth with outside-the-industry experts, peer-led discussions and amazing experiences in one of the world’s most unique and extraordinary destinations.
Who will attend this Engage! and how do you balance the industry categories?
While we do not share the attendee list before an event, Engage! attendees include event planners and designers, luxury resorts, hotels and venues, photographers and cinematographers, media, fashion and beauty, luxury travel and hospitality industry, entertainment, floral designers and many others—any category that touches the luxury wedding and events industry!
In an effort to ensure the magic mix of industries at every Engage! event, each participant category has a limit. Once the limit is reached for an industry category, that category will go to a waitlist. If a spot becomes available within that category, we will offer it to those on the official waitlist. We reserve the right to verify registrant industry categories.
Can I transfer a registration / credit from a previous event to this Engage! event?
Yes, if you have a credit from a past Engage! event (within two years), you can apply it to this event as long as space is available. If you are interested in transferring, please email us as soon as possible at engage@engagingconcepts.com as spots are limited.
You will be given an ‘event key’ to apply the credit when you register. Please note that we are unable to save spots for those with credits from past events, and there will be no refunds for credits not applied during registration.
What is the cancellation policy?
Engage! registrations are non-refundable but transferable to another person for the same event with advance written notice and approval. Please review our Cancellations and Transfers policy in our Terms & Conditions before registering.
Can I bring a guest to this Engage! event?
Due to limited capacities, the entire Engage!26 French Riviera program is for registered attendees only. You are, however, welcome to bring a guest to share your room, enjoy the Maybourne Riviera, and explore the Côte d’Azur while you’re participating in Engage!, but please note that guests of attendees will have limited access to services as they will be dedicated to our group.
