WHEN DOES REGISTRATION OPEN?
Registration for all of our 2025 events will open on Thursday, August 8th, at 12 pm EDT.
WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND ENGAGE!25 SANTA BARBARA SUMMIT
The registration fee is $6500 per person and includes three days and nights of exceptional connections, education, inspiration, fantastic cuisine, spectacular entertainment, parties, signature gifting, and much more!
Air travel, ground transportation from the airport, and hotel accommodations are not included. Our host hotel for Engage!25 Santa Barbara is The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara. Preferential run-of-house rates will be offered at $530 per night for a room and $630 per night for a suite, plus taxes and resort fees. Details for booking your accommodations at these Engage! rates will be provided upon registration confirmation.
Engage! registration payments will be taken via credit card unless you represent a Resort/Venue/Tourism Board, which may pay by corporate check or wire transfer.

IS THERE A REDUCED RATE FOR ATTENDING MY 5TH or MORE ENGAGE?
Yes, for those attending your fifth or more Engage! event, there will be an automatic $500 reduction. Reduced rates are taken at the time of registration. If you accidentally select 5th or more and you’ve not attended that many events, the $500 will be charged to the credit card on file.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRANSFER A PAST EVENT CREDIT TO ENGAGE!25 SANTA BARBARA?
Yes, if you have a credit from a past Engage! event (within two years), you can apply it to this event as long as space is available. If you are interested in transferring, please email us as soon as possible at engage@engagingconcepts.com as spots are limited.
You will be given an ‘event key’ to apply the credit when you register. Please note that we are unable to save spots for those with credits from past events, and there will be no refunds for credits not applied during registration.
What are the payment options?
We offer a 50% deposit at the time of registration. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before the event (September 8th, 2025) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You can also pay in full at the time of registration.
Payment must be made via credit card except hotels/resorts/venues and tourism boards that require an invoice/payment by check or wire transfer.
How many people will attend this event?
Engage! Summits are the ultimate in impactful networking and creative event immersion. 350-500 wedding and event industry leaders, innovators, and top names in professional and personal development will gather for the highest level of energy, inspiration, and educational tracks based on industry experience, market segment, and area of focus.
Who will attend this Engage! and how do you balance the industry categories?
While we do not share the attendee list prior to an event, Engage! attendees include planners and designers, floral designers, luxury resorts, hotels and venues, photographers and cinematographers, media, entertainment, and many others—any category that touches the luxury wedding and events industry!
In an effort to ensure the magic mix of industries at every Engage! event, each participant category has a limit. Once the limit is reached for an industry category, that category will go to a waitlist. If a spot becomes available within that category, we will offer it to those on the official waitlist. We reserve the right to verify registrant industry categories.
WILL YOU HAVE THE SAME SPEAKERS & PROGRAM AS IN THE PAST?
We are currently curating our speaker roster for Engage!25 Santa Barbara and will share the lineup in fall of 2025. We will have a blend of Engage! favorites– all-stars in the world of luxury weddings and events, as well as a global roster of talent representing those doing big things in the luxury space around the world. Our program will be customized to, and heavily inspired by, our incredible location.
Can I bring a guest to this Engage! event?
Due to limited capacities, the entire Engage!25 Santa Barbara program is for registered attendees only. You are, however, welcome to bring a guest to share your room, enjoy The Ritz-Carlton and explore Santa Barbara while you’re participating in Engage!. Please note that because we have a buyout of the resort, guests of attendees will have limited access to resort restaurants, bars, activities and services as they will be dedicated to our group.
Are pre and post stays offered at the special Engage! rates?
A limited number of rooms are offered for pre and post-stays at our preferential Engage! rates. Details for booking accommodations at these special rates will be shared with registered attendees.
