Please read below for frequently asked questions related to the Engage!24 Amelia Island Summit. We'd be happy to answer any additional questions you may have so please reach out to us directly.
WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND ENGAGE!24 AMELIA ISLAND SUMMIT
The cost is $5,500 per person and includes three days and nights of exceptional connections, education, inspiration, amazing cuisine, spectacular entertainment, parties, signature gifting, and much more! Air travel, ground transportation from the airport, and hotel accommodations are not included. We have been offered incredible rates at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island from $409/night plus taxes and resort fees. Specific booking details will be shared upon registration confirmation. The earlier you confirm, the higher the likelihood you will get your preferred style of accommodation.

IS THERE A REDUCED RATE FOR ATTENDING MY 5TH or MORE ENGAGE?
Yes, for those attending your 5th or more Engage! event there will be an automatic reduction of $500. Reduced rates are taken at the time of registration. If this is your second or third event of 2023, you are also welcome to use the event key E23MULTI to receive an additional $500 off of registration.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION CREDIT FROM A PAST EVENT TO THE ENGAGE!24 AMELIA ISLAND SUMMIT?
Yes, that is possible as long as we have the space available. If you are interested in transferring please email us as soon as possible for a registration code at engage@engagingconcepts.com as spots are limited. We do not guarantee spots for those holding credits, you must register when registration opens to secure a spot.
MIX OF ATTENDEES
In an effort to ensure the magic mix of industries at every Engage! event, each participant category may have a limit. Once the limit is reached for each Industry category, that category will go to waitlist status and if a spot becomes open within that category we will offer it to those on the official waitlist.
MY SPOUSE/SIGNIFICANT OTHER WILL BE JOINING ME. HOW MAY I INCLUDE THEM IN THE EVENING EVENTS?
Due to limited capacities, the entire program for Engage!24 Amelia Island is for registered attendees only. However, your guest is welcome to enjoy the resort and amenities of The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island.

WILL YOU HAVE THE SAME SPEAKERS & PROGRAM AS IN THE PAST?
We will be curating our speaker roster to be announced in the fall of 2024. We will have a blend of Engage! favorites – all-stars in the world of luxury weddings and events – as well as an exciting array of talent representing those doing big things in the business of weddings and luxury around the world. Our program will be customized to, and inspired by, our incredible location.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our long-standing policy is that attendance at Engage! is non-refundable but transferrable to another individual for the same event up to two weeks prior to the event. Please refer to our official Terms & Conditions here. Purchase Protection is offered through an independent, third-party company – details are available below.
What are my payment options?
We offer a 50% deposit at the time of registration and then the remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to the event (9/16/24) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Of course, you have the option to pay in full at the time of registration.
Pre/Post Stays?
There are limited rooms offered at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island with our special Engage! rates should you wish to come early or add a few days to your stay to enjoy the resort. These details will be provided upon registration confirmation and we encourage you to book early.
