WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND ENGAGE!24 THE AFRICA EXPERIENCE?
The cost is $9,500 per person and includes four days and nights of exceptional connections, education, inspiration, amazing cuisine, spectacular entertainment, parties, signature gifting, and much more! Air travel, ground transportation from the airport, and hotel accommodations are separate. We have a full takeover of Royal Livingstone with room rates of €500 per night plus VAT inclusive of breakfast.

IS THERE A REDUCED RATE FOR ATTENDING MY 5TH or MORE ENGAGE?
Yes, for those attending your 5th or more Engage! event there will be an automatic reduction of $500.

ATTENDEE MIX
In an effort to ensure the magic mix of industries at every Engage! event, each participant category may have a limit. Once the limit is reached for each Industry category, that category will go to waitlist status and if a spot becomes open within that category we will offer it to those on the official waitlist. We reserve the right to verify industry category.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION FROM A PAST EXPERIENCE TO THE AFRICA EXPERIENCE?
Yes, if you have a credit from a past Engage! Experience you are able to apply your credit as long as we have the space available. Please note there will be a charge to cover the difference as The Africa Experience is $9500. If you are interested in transferring please email us as soon as possible engage@engagingconcepts.com as spots are limited. You will be given a code to apply during open registration. Please note we are unable to save spots for those with past credits.
DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE AIRPORT TRANSFERS?
Airport transfers are not included with your registration fee, however, transportation will be included to any of the locations/excursions during official Engage! events.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL ATTEND ENGAGE!24 THE AFRICA EXPERIENCE?
This event will be more intimate than our summits, with just 200 attendees. The event is sure to draw an international audience and we will create the program and content to reflect who is joining us. Just as no two Engage! events are ever alike – this one promises to be incredibly special as we make the world of luxury weddings and social events even smaller while experiencing the magic that Africa has to offer!
WILL YOU HAVE THE SAME SPEAKERS & PROGRAM AS IN THE PAST?
We are currently curating our speaker roster and they will be announced in summer of 2024. We will have a blend of Engage! favorites – all-stars in the world of luxury weddings and events – as well as a global roster of talent representing those doing big things in the business of weddings and luxury around the world. Our program will be customized to, and heavily inspired by, our spectacular location.
CAN MY SPOUSE/SIGNIFICANT OTHER/GUEST JOIN ME?
Yes! We have had a number of requests to bring a guest to experience this once-in-a-lifetime event and are pleased to offer this opportunity. The supplemental cost to do so will be $4,000 for all 4 days/nights for a non-registered attendee. This will include participation in all meals, daytime activities and evening events. It does not include educational sessions or gifting. There are a limited number of guest spots available so if you are interested in this please contact heather@engagingconcepts.com for more details.
What are my payment options?
We offer a 50% deposit at the time of registration and then the remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to the event (June 9, 2024) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You also have the option to pay in full at the time of registration.
Are pre and post stays offered?
There are a limited number of rooms offered for pre and post-stays at the Royal Livingstone at the Engage! preferential rate.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our long-standing policy is that attendance at Engage! is non-refundable but transferrable to another individual for the same event. Please refer to our official Terms & Conditions here.
