The cost is $4500 per person and includes three days and nights of exceptional connections, education, inspiration, amazing cuisine, spectacular entertainment, parties, signature gifting, and much more! Air travel, ground transportation from the Louis Armstrong Airport, and hotel accommodations are not included. We have been offered incredible rates at the Four Seasons New Orleans and The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans from $295/night plus taxes and resort fees. An additional headquarter hotel will be announced soon. Specific booking details will be shared upon registration confirmation. The earlier you confirm, the higher the likelihood you will get your preferred hotel and style of accommodation.

Yes, for those attending your 5th or more Engage! event there will be an automatic reduction of $500. If this is your second Engage! event for the year, an additional $500 may be reduced from your registration fees. Reduced rates are taken at the time of registration.

Yes, that is possible as long as we have the space available. If you are interested in transferring please email us as soon as possible engage@engagingconcepts.com.

We are currently curating our speaker roster and they will be announced in early 2022.  We will have a blend of Engage! favorites – all-stars in the world of luxury weddings and events – as well as an exciting array of talent representing those doing big things in the business of weddings and luxury around the world. Our program will be customized to, and inspired by, our incredible location.

Due to limited capacities, the entire program for Engage!22 New Orleans is for registered attendees only.

For our 2022 events we will be returning to our long-standing policy that attendance at Engage! is non-refundable but transferrable to another person for the same event.

Registration officially opens for Engage!22 New Orleans on Thursday October 28, 2021 at 11:00am EST.

At this time, we are only planning one Summit event for 2022, spaces are limited so we encourage you to register early if you wish to join us!

We offer 50% deposit at the time of registration and then the remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to the event (3/6/22) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Of course you have the option to pay in full!

We offer the ability for you to protect your purchase only at the time of initial registration. This is through a third party company, Purchase Protection LLC and we have no affiliation or incentive from them, it is directly between the registrant and the provider. Should you wish to protect your investment and be able to cancel with a full refund for a variety of covered reasons, we encourage you to explore if this option might be good for you. More details can be found here. The cost is 8% of the total amount of Engage! registration and payment is taken separately during the check out process. Purchase Protection is not an insurance policy. It is a service by Purchase Protection LLC that will refund you 100% of your event fees, taxes, and dues should you be prevented by unforeseen circumstances from attending the event.

There are limited rooms offered at both the Four Seasons New Orleans and the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans are our special Engage! rates should you wish to come early or add a few days onto your stay to enjoy the city. These details will be provided upon registration confirmation and we encourage you to book early.
