The cost is $4500 per person and includes three days and nights of exceptional connections, education, inspiration, amazing cuisine, spectacular entertainment, parties, signature gifting, and much more! Air travel, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations are not included. The event will take place at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, and therefore all attendees will need to book accommodations there. We have been offered incredible rates starting from $395/night plus taxes and resort fees and specific booking details will be shared upon registration confirmation.

Yes, for those attending your 5th or more Engage! event there will be an automatic reduction of $500. If this is your second Engage! event for the year, an additional $500 will be reduced from your registration fee for the second event. Reduced rates are taken at the time of registration.

Yes, that is possible as long as we have the space available. If you are interested in transferring please email us as soon as possible engage@engagingconcepts.com.

We will have a blend of Engage! favorites – all-stars in the world of luxury weddings and events – as well as an exciting array of talent representing those doing big things in the business of weddings and luxury around the world. Our program will be customized to, and inspired by, our incredible location.

The event will be limited to 300 attendees allowing for deeper conversation and small group experiences. The programming will include facilitators to guide you through personal wellness activities, as well as industry leaders to focus on the business aspects of the event industry, making those conversations more in-depth.

Due to limited capacities, the entire program for Engage!22 Dove Mountain is for registered attendees only. However, they are welcome to enjoy the resort during the day and join us in the evenings for our informal after-parties.

For our 2022 events we will be returning to our long-standing policy that attendance at Engage! is non-refundable but transferrable to another person for the same event. Please see below for details on adding Purchase Protection to your registration.

Registration officially opens for Engage!22 Dove Mountain on Wednesday, July 27th  at 11:00 am EST.

We offer a 50% deposit at the time of registration and then the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to the event (10/12/22) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Of course, you have the option to pay in full at the time of registration.

We offer the ability for you to protect your purchase only at the time of initial registration. This is through a third party company, Purchase Protection LLC and we have no affiliation or incentive from them, it is directly between the registrant and the provider. Should you wish to protect your investment and be able to cancel with a full refund for a variety of covered reasons, we encourage you to explore if this option might be good for you. More details can be found here. The cost is 8% of the total amount of Engage! registration and payment is taken separately during the check out process. Purchase Protection is not an insurance policy. It is a service by Purchase Protection LLC that will refund you 100% of your event fees, taxes, and dues should you be prevented by unforeseen circumstances from attending the event.

There are limited rooms offered at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain with our special Engage! rates should you wish to come early or add a few days to your stay. These details will be provided upon registration confirmation and we encourage you to book early.
