Engage!21 The Lake Como Experience will be a one-of-a-kind event designed specifically for luxury event professionals with a global focus and is limited to 200 attendees. The investment to attend is $6,000 US per person. Travel to Lake Como, airport transfers, and accommodations are not included. Special rates are offered at Villa d’Este (€430), Mandarin Oriental Lago di Como (€450), and Il Sereno (€480) from inclusive of VAT and breakfast respectively. Details to book your accommodations will be provided upon registration confirmation.

This event offers an unprecedented opportunity to interact and connect with global wedding and event industry leaders, in exclusive venues across Lake Como including Villa Pliniana, Villa Bonomi, Villa d’Este, Mandarin Oriental, and Il Sereno. Additional locations and experiences will be announced. The fee includes the following:

  • TRANSPORTATION TO ALL EVENTS We will traverse Lake Como to experience many of the most iconic locations for the event. Group transportation to each event will be included from each host hotel. The journey will be almost as fun as the destinations!
  • WELCOME PARTY AT VILLA BONOMI Internationally acclaimed event designer Vincenzo Dascanio will welcome attendees to Lake Como at his newly renovated Villa Bonomi.
  • LUNCHES ON TUESDAY + WEDNESDAY Satisfy your eyes and palette with creative lunch experiences that are innovative and delicious, and allow for effortless connecting with fellow attendees.
  • DESIGN IMMERSION BY VINCENZO DASCANIO Renowned Milan-based designer Vincenzo Dascanio, who has produced our Venice and Sardinia events is the creative genius behind the design and production of each event.
  • INFORMAL AFTER PARTIES So many of the best engaging happens after the official parties are over with informal gatherings planned each night in various Lago di Como 'hot spots.'
  • GIFTING GALORE Engage! gifting is known for carefully curated gifting that celebrates our destination. You'll need extra room in your suitcase!
  • DOWN TIME All work and no play is no recipe for Engage! Join your fellow Engagees for an afternoon of fun and exploration of some of Lago di Como's most iconic landmarks and charming villages.
  • GALA! The three days of Engage! culminates with a final night celebrating the best creative minds in the event world in an extraordinary setting!

Registration is nonrefundable but is transferable to another person for the same event. Please see the FAQ page for COVID19 exceptions.

The fee does not include air travel, ground transportation, or hotel accommodations in Lake Como (group transportation to all official Engage!21 The Lake Como Experience events is included). Special hotel room rates are offered exclusively for our attendees but are limited. Details will be shared upon registration confirmation.
