WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND ENGAGE!21 THE LAKE COMO EXPERIENCE?
The cost is $6000 per person and includes three days and nights of exceptional connections, education, inspiration, amazing cuisine, spectacular entertainment, parties, signature gifting, and much more! Air travel, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations are separate. We have been offered incredible rates at Villa d’Esta (€430), Mandarin Oriental (€450), and Il Sereno (€480) each inclusive of VAT and breakfast. Specific booking details will be shared upon registration confirmation. The earlier you confirm, the higher the likelihood you will get your preferred hotel and style of accommodation.

IS THERE A REDUCED RATE FOR ATTENDING MY 5TH or MORE ENGAGE?
Yes, for those attending your 5th or more Engage! event there will be an automatic reduction of $500. If this is your second Engage! event for the year, an additional $500 may be reduced from your registration fees. Reduced rates are taken at the time of registration.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION FROM THE BREAKERS OR BAHA MAR TO THE LAKE COMO EXPERIENCE?
Yes, that is possible as long as we have the space available. Please note there will be a charge to cover the difference as The Lake Como Experience is $6000. If you are interested in transferring please email us as soon as possible engage@engagingconcepts.com.
DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE AIRPORT TRANSFERS?
Airport transfers are not included with your registration fee, however, transportation will be included from one of the host hotels to any of the locations for official Engage! events. If you are not staying at Villa d’Este, Mandarin Oriental, or Il Sereno, you will be responsible for your own event transportation.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL ATTEND THE ENGAGE!21 THE LAKE COMO EXPERIENCE?
This event will be more intimate than our summits, with no more than 200 attendees. We anticipate, based on demand and interest, that Engage!21 The Lake Como Experience will sell out and we will begin a waiting list. The event is sure to draw an international audience and we will create the program and content to reflect who is joining us. Just as no two Engage! events are ever alike – this one promises to be incredibly special as we make the world of luxury weddings and social events even smaller!
WILL YOU HAVE THE SAME SPEAKERS & PROGRAM AS IN THE PAST?
We are currently curating our speaker roster and they will be announced by summer. We will have a blend of Engage! favorites – all-stars in the world of luxury weddings and events – as well as a global roster of talent representing those doing big things in the business of weddings and luxury around the world. Our program will be customized to, and inspired by, our spectacular location.

We commit that the level of service, hospitality, and food and beverage will continue to be of the highest caliber and exemplify what each of these world-class hotels (and Engage!) are famous for.
As we near the dates of the event, we will provide specific updates to all registered attendees on what we are planning based on the most updated safety protocols and guidelines for the Lombardy Region of Italy.

WHAT ABOUT CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID 19 OR IMPOSED TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
While our long-standing policy has been that our events are non-refundable but transferrable to someone for the same event, due to the ever-changing nature of the evolving COVID 19 world environment we will be flexible and fair with this policy over the coming months. We will closely monitor travel restrictions and provide updates as warranted.
MY SPOUSE/SIGNIFICANT OTHER WILL BE JOINING ME IN LAKE COMO. HOW MAY I INCLUDE THEM IN THE EVENING EVENTS?
