Engage!25 The Tuscany Experience will be a one-of-a-kind event designed specifically for luxury event professionals with a global focus and limited to 250 attendees. The registration fee to attend is $8,500 per person. For those registering for their 5th (or more) Engage! event, we are pleased to offer a special rate of $8,000. Reductions will automatically be applied during the registration process.

Travel to Tuscany, airport transfers, and accommodations are not included in the registration fee. Our host hotel for Engage!25 The Tuscany Experience is Castelfalfi. All of our events will take place at this spectacular property, therefore this event is exclusively for guests of Castelfalfi. Preferential room rates will begin at €500 per night plus 10% VAT for single or double occupancy, including breakfast. Note that standard room rates at Castelfalfi typically begin at €775 during this time of year and all rates are offered in Euros. Details for booking your accommodations at these special Engage! rates will be provided upon registration confirmation.

Engage!25 The Tuscany Experience registrations are non-refundable but transferrable to another person for the same event with advance written notice and approval. Please review our Cancellations and Transfers policy in our Terms & Conditions before registering.
