When does registration open?
Registration for all of our 2025 events will open on Thursday, August 8th at 12 pm EDT.
WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND ENGAGE!25 THE TUSCANY EXPERIENCE?
The registration fee is $8500 per person and includes three days and nights of exceptional connections, education, inspiration, fantastic cuisine, spectacular entertainment, parties, signature gifting, and much more!
Air travel, ground transportation from the airport, and hotel accommodations are not included. Our host hotel for Engage!25 The Tuscany Experience is Castelfalfi. All of our events will take place throughout this spectacular property, therefore this Engage! is exclusively for guests of Castelfalfi. Preferential room rates will begin at €500 per night plus 10% VAT for single or double occupancy, including breakfast. Note that standard room rates at Castelfalfi typically begin at €775 during this time of year, and all rates are offered in Euros. Details for booking your accommodations at the Engage! rates will be provided upon registration confirmation.
Registration payments will be taken via credit card unless you represent a Resort/Venue/Tourism Board, which may pay by corporate check or wire transfer.

IS THERE A REDUCED RATE FOR ATTENDING MY 5TH or MORE ENGAGE?
Yes, for those attending your 5th or more Engage! event, the registration fee will automatically be reduced by $500.
Does the registration fee include airport transfers and accommodations?
Airport transfers are not included with your registration fee, however, transportation between locations / excursions during the event is included.
Hotel accommodations are not included in your registration fee, but we have arranged preferential rates at our host resort, Castelfalfi, beginning at €500 per night plus 10% VAT for single or double occupancy, including breakfast. All of our events will take place throughout this spectacular property, therefore this Engage! is exclusively for guests of Castelfalfi.
Are pre and post stays offered?
A limited number of rooms are offered for pre and post-stays at Castelfalfi at the Engage! rate. Details will be shared with registered attendees.
What are my payment options?
We offer a 50% deposit at the time of registration. The remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to the event (January 7th, 2025) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You can also pay in full at the time of registration.
Payment must be made via credit card with the exception of hotels/resorts/venues and tourism boards that require an invoice / payment by check or wire transfer.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL ATTEND ENGAGE!25 THE TUSCANY EXPERIENCE?
This event will be more intimate than our summits, with just 250 attendees, and will surely draw an international audience. We will create the program and content for our seventh time in Italy to reflect who is joining us. Just as no two Engage! events are ever alike, this one promises to be incredibly special as we make the world of luxury weddings and social events even smaller while experiencing the magic that Tuscany has to offer!
Who will attend this Engage! and how do you balance the industry categories?
Engage! attendees include planners and designers, floral designers, luxury resorts and hotels, photographers and cinematographers, media, and many others—any category that touches the luxury event industry.
Each participant category may have a limit to ensure the magic mix of industries at every Engage! event. Once the limit is reached for each industry category, that category will go to waitlist status. If a spot becomes open within that category, we will offer it to those on the official waitlist. We reserve the right to verify your industry category.
WILL YOU HAVE THE SAME SPEAKERS & PROGRAM AS IN THE PAST?
We are currently curating our speaker roster for Engage!25 The Tuscany Experience and will share the lineup in early 2025. We will have a blend of Engage! favorites; all-stars in the world of luxury weddings and events, as well as a global roster of talent representing those doing big things in the business of weddings and luxury around the world. Our program will be customized to, and heavily inspired by, our spectacular location.
Can I transfer a registration / credit from a previous event to this Engage! event?
Yes, if you have a credit from a past Engage! event (within two years), you can apply it to this event as long as space is available. If you are interested in transferring, please email us as soon as possible at engage@engagingconcepts.com as spots are limited.
You will be given an ‘event key’ to apply the credit when you register. Please note that we are unable to save spots for those with credits from past events, and there will be no refunds for credits not applied during registration.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Engage! registrations are non-refundable but transferable to another person for the same event with advance written notice and approval. Please review our Cancellations and Transfers policy in our Terms & Conditions before registering.
Can I bring a guest to this Engage! event?
Due to limited capacities, the entire Engage!25 The Tuscany Experience program is for registered attendees only. You are, however, welcome to bring a guest to share your room, enjoy Castelfali and explore Tuscany while you’re participating in Engage!, but please note that guests of attendees will have limited access to services as they will be dedicated to our group.
