The investment for Engage!23 The Belmond Sicily Experience is $7,500 US plus your room at The Grand Hotel Timeo or Villa Sant’Andrea. Exclusive rates for attendees are offered to begin from €550+ VAT per night for single or double occupancy and from €990+ VAT per night for suite accommodations.  *Please note that standard room rates begin from €2,500 per night and suites from €7,000 per night during this season. A limited number of pre and post-nights are offered for our attendees at the Engage! rate but will be based on availability and offered in the order of registration. Included in the registration fee are all hosted food & beverage events (breakfasts, lunches, breaks, cocktails, and dinners for three days/nights), a professionally facilitated program, customized guided discussions, and planned wellness, adventure, and experiential activities. You are responsible for air travel to Sicily (Catania CTA), airport transfers, and any spa treatments or additional excursions you choose to add. We will have exclusive use of The Grand Hotel Timeo during the three days and nights of the Experience.

*Please note: Engage!23 The Belmond Sicily Experience is non-refundable but is transferrable to another person for the same event up to two weeks prior.

What is the investment to join this retreat experience?

Exclusive rates for retreat attendees are offered to start from €550+ VAT per night for single or double occupancy and from €990+ VAT per night for Suite Accommodations.  *Please note that normal room rates begin from €2,500 per night and suites from €7,000 per night during this season. A limited number of pre and post-nights are offered for our attendees at the Engage! rate but will be based on availability and offered in the order of registration. If you are attending Engage! for your fifth+ time there will be a $500 reduction of the registration fee.

I would love for my spouse/partner to join, is that possible?

Due to limited capacities and the unique nature of this Engage! experience, the entire program for Engage!23 The Belmond Sicily Experience is for registered attendees only. As we are taking over the hotel, services and amenities will be limited to our group. Thank you for understanding.

When does registration open?

Registration officially opens for Engage!23 The Belmond Sicily Experience on Thursday September 15, 2022 at 11:00am EST.

What is the cancellation policy?

We have returning to our long-standing policy that attendance at Engage! is non-refundable but transferrable to another individual for the same event. Please refer to our official Terms & Conditions here.

What is the payment policy/deposit schedule?

We offer 50% deposit at the time of registration and the remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to the event (1/24/23) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You also have the option to pay in full at the time of registration.

DO YOU OFFER PURCHASE PROTECTION/CANCELLATION INSURANCE?

We offer the ability for you to protect your purchase at the time of initial registration. This is through a third party company, Purchase Protection LLC and we have no affiliation or incentive from them, it is directly between the registrant and the provider. Should you wish to protect your investment and be able to cancel with a full refund for a variety of *covered reasons, we encourage you to explore if this option might be good for you. More details can be found here. The cost is 8% of the total amount of Engage! registration and payment is taken separately during the check out process. Purchase Protection is not an insurance policy. It is a service by Purchase Protection LLC that will refund you 100% of your event fees, taxes, and dues should you be prevented by covered unforeseen circumstances from attending the event.
