Engage!23 The Belmond Sicily Experience is unlike any other Engage! event. This intimate experience is focused on strengthening meaningful connections between just 100 like-minded luxury event industry leaders. Through next-level engagement at this exclusive destination, our focus will be on personal development, and professional growth, featuring outside-the-industry experts, peer-facilitated discussions, and unique experiences inspired by our destination.
WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND ENGAGE!23 THE BELMOND SICILY EXPERIENCE?
The investment for Engage!23 Belmond Sicily is $7,500 US plus your room at The Grand Hotel Timeo or Villa Sant’Andrea. Exclusive rates for Engage! attendees are offered to begin from €550+ VAT per night for single or double occupancy and from €990+ VAT per night for Suite Accommodations. *Please note that typically room rates range from €2,500 per night and suites from €7,000 per night during this season. A limited number of pre and post-nights are offered for our attendees at the Engage! rate but will be based on availability and offered in the order of registration. Included in the registration fee are all hosted food & beverage events (breakfasts, lunches, breaks, cocktails, and dinners for three days & nights), a professionally facilitated program, customized guided discussions, and planned wellness, adventure, and experiential activities. You are responsible for air travel to Sicily (Catania CTA), airport transfers, and any spa treatments or additional excursions you choose to add. We will have exclusive use of The Grand Hotel Timeo during the three days and nights of Engage!.
*Please note: Engage!23 The Belmond Sicily Experience is non-refundable but is transferrable to another person for the same event up to two weeks prior to the event.
ARE THERE REDUCED RATES FOR ATTENDING FIVE ENGAGE! EVENTS OR MORE?
Yes, for those attending your 5th or more Engage! event there will be an automatic reduction of $500 on the registration form.

DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE AIRPORT TRANSFERS?
Round-trip airport transfers are your responsibility. Catania Airport (CTA) is the recommended airport and is approximately (40) minutes from the Grand Hotel Timeo. We will share special rates through our preferred transportation provider.
MY SPOUSE/SIGNIFICANT/FRIEND WILL BE JOINING ME. HOW MAY I INCLUDE THEM IN THE EVENING EVENTS?
Due to limited capacities and the unique nature of the Experience, the entire program for Engage!23 The Belmond Sicily Experience is for registered attendees only. As we are taking over the hotel, services and amenities will be limited to our group. Thank you for understanding.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We have returned to our long-standing policy that attendance at Engage! is non-refundable but transferrable to another individual for the same event up to two weeks prior to the event. Please refer to our official Terms & Conditions here. Purchase Protection is offered through an independent, third-party company – details are available below.
WHEN DOES REGISTRATION OPEN?
Registration officially opens for Engage!23 The Belmond Sicily Experience on Thursday September 15th, 2022 at 11:00am EST.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT POLICY/DEPOST SCHEDULE?
We offer 50% deposit at the time of registration and the remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to the event (1/24/23) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You also have the option to pay in full at the time of registration.
DO YOU OFFER PURCHASE PROTECTION/CANCELLATION INSURANCE?
We offer the ability for you to protect your purchase at the time of initial registration. This is through a third-party company, Purchase Protection LLC and we have no affiliation or incentive from them, it is directly between the registrant and the provider. Should you wish to protect your investment and be able to cancel with a full refund for a variety of covered reasons, we encourage you to explore if this option might be good for you. More details can be found here. The cost is 8% of the total amount of Engage! registration and payment is taken separately during the checkout process. Purchase Protection is not an insurance policy. It is a service by Purchase Protection LLC that will refund you 100% of your event fees, taxes, and dues should you be prevented by covered unforeseen circumstances from attending the event.
Please note that purchase protection is not applicable if paying for registration with a corporate check or wire transfer.
HOW MANY ATTENDEES WILL PARTICIPATE? MAY I BRING A GUEST?
Engage!23 The Belmond Experience is limited to 100 attendees. We are unable to accommodate guests or “plus ones” as the spaces are limited. We have a buyout of the Grand Hotel Timeo and as such the restaurants and amenities will be open for our event attendees on an exclusive basis. Thank you for understanding.
