WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND ENGAGE!23 THE PARIS EXPERIENCE?
The cost is $7500 per person and includes three days and nights of exceptional connections, education, inspiration, amazing cuisine, spectacular entertainment, parties, signature gifting, and much more! Air travel, ground transportation from the airport, and hotel accommodations are separate. We have been offered preferential rates at the 5-star Le Meurice and Hôtel Plaza Athénée from €515 each inclusive of VAT and breakfast. Rates at this time of year typically begin at €1850 and €1950 respectively.
Specific booking details will be shared upon registration confirmation. The earlier you confirm, the higher the likelihood you will get your preferred hotel and style of accommodation.

IS THERE A REDUCED RATE FOR ATTENDING MY 5TH or MORE ENGAGE?
Yes, for those attending your 5th or more Engage! event there will be an automatic reduction of $500.
WHEN DOES REGISTRATION OPEN?
Registration opens on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 11:00am EST.
In an effort to ensure the magic mix of industries at every Engage! event, each participant category may have a limit. Once the limit is reached for each Industry category, that category will go to waitlist status and if a spot becomes open within that category we will offer it to those on the official waitlist.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION FROM A PAST EXPERIENCE TO THE PARIS EXPERIENCE?
Yes, if you have a credit from a past Engage! Experience you are able to apply your credit as long as we have the space available. Please note there will be a charge to cover the difference as The Paris Experience is $7500. If you are interested in transferring please email us as soon as possible email@example.com as spots are limited.
DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE AIRPORT TRANSFERS?
Airport transfers are not included with your registration fee, however, transportation will be included from one of the host hotels to any of the locations during official Engage! events.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL ATTEND ENGAGE!23 THE PARIS EXPERIENCE?
This event will be more intimate than our summits, with no more than 250 attendees. The event is sure to draw an international audience and we will create the program and content to reflect who is joining us. Just as no two Engage! events are ever alike – this one promises to be incredibly special as we make the world of luxury weddings and social events even smaller!
WILL YOU HAVE THE SAME SPEAKERS & PROGRAM AS IN THE PAST?
We are currently curating our speaker roster and they will be announced in spring 2023. We will have a blend of Engage! favorites – all-stars in the world of luxury weddings and events – as well as a global roster of talent representing those doing big things in the business of weddings and luxury around the world. Our program will be customized to, and inspired by, our spectacular location.
MY SPOUSE/SIGNIFICANT OTHER WILL BE JOINING ME IN PARIS. HOW MAY I INCLUDE THEM IN THE EVENING EVENTS?
Due to limited capacities, the entire program for Engage!23 The Paris Experience is for registered attendees only. However, your guest is welcome to enjoy the hotel and explore Paris while you’re participating in Engage!.
Do you offer purchase protection or cancellation insurance?
We offer the ability for you to protect your purchase only at the time of initial registration. This is through a third party company, Purchase Protection LLC and we have no affiliation or incentive from them, it is directly between the registrant and the provider. Should you wish to protect your investment and be able to cancel with a full refund for a variety of covered reasons, we encourage you to explore if this option might be good for you. More details can be found here. The cost is 8% of the total amount of Engage! registration and payment is taken separately during the check out process. Purchase Protection is not an insurance policy. It is a service by Purchase Protection LLC that will refund you 100% of your event fees, taxes, and dues should you be prevented by unforeseen circumstances from attending the event.
What are my payment options?
We offer a 50% deposit at the time of registration and then the remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to the event (April 24, 2023) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You also have the option to pay in full at the time of registration.
Are pre and post stays offered?
There are a limited number of rooms offered for pre and post-stays at both Le Meurice and Hôtel Plaza Athénée at the Engage! preferential rate.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
For our 2023 events we will be returning to our long-standing policy that attendance at Engage! is non-refundable but transferrable to another individual for the same event. Please refer to our official Terms & Conditions here.
