Engage!22 Amanjena, An Immersive Retreat is unlike any other Engage! event. This intimate retreat is focused on strengthening meaningful connections between 75 like-minded luxury event industry leaders. Through next-level engagement at this exclusive 5-star resort, our focus will be on wellness, personal development, and professional growth, featuring outside-the-industry experts, peer-facilitated discussions, and unique experiences.
WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND ENGAGE!22 AMANJENA - AN IMMERSIVE RETREAT?
The investment for Engage!22 Amanjena is $7,500 US plus your room/maison. Exclusive rates for retreat attendees are offered to start from €365 per night plus 10% VAT and 10% service charge for single occupancy; €400++ per night for double occupancy and €500++ per night for triple occupancy. The rooms/maisons are spacious and will comfortably accommodate up to (3) persons who are interested in shared accommodations. Included in the registration fee are all hosted food & beverage events (breakfasts, lunches, breaks, cocktails, and dinners for three days/nights), group airport transfers from Marrakech airport (30-minute drive from Amanjena), a professionally facilitated program, customized guided discussions and planned wellness, adventure, and experiential activities. You are responsible for air travel to Marrakech and any spa treatments or additional excursions you choose to add. We will have exclusive use of Amanjena during the three days and nights of the Retreat.
*Please note: Engage!22 Amanjena-An Immersive Retreat is non-refundable but is transferrable to another person for the same event.

DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE AIRPORT TRANSFERS?
Airport transfers are included with your registration fee within the dates of the Retreat. We will gather flight details closer to the event.
MY SPOUSE/SIGNIFICANT OTHER WILL BE JOINING ME. HOW MAY I INCLUDE THEM IN THE EVENING EVENTS?
Due to limited capacities and the very unique nature of the Retreat experience, the entire program for Engage!22 Amanjena, An Immersive Retreat is for registered attendees only. As we are taking over the resort, services and amenities will be limited to our group. Thank you for understanding.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
For our 2022 events we will be returning to our long-standing policy that attendance at Engage! is non-refundable but transferrable to another individual for the same event. Please refer to our official Terms & Conditions here.
WHEN DOES REGISTRATION OPEN?
Registration officially opens for Engage!22 Amanjena, An Immersive Retreat on Thursday October 28, 2021 at 11:00am EST.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT POLICY/DEPOST SCHEDULE?
We offer 50% deposit at the time of registration and the remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to the event (3/6/22) and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You also have the option to pay in full at the time of registration.
DO YOU OFFER PURCHASE PROTECTION/CANCELLATION INSURANCE?
We offer the ability for you to protect your purchase at the time of initial registration. This is through a third party company, Purchase Protection LLC and we have no affiliation or incentive from them, it is directly between the registrant and the provider. Should you wish to protect your investment and be able to cancel with a full refund for a variety of *covered reasons, we encourage you to explore if this option might be good for you. More details can be found here. The cost is 8% of the total amount of Engage! registration and payment is taken separately during the check out process. Purchase Protection is not an insurance policy. It is a service by Purchase Protection LLC that will refund you 100% of your event fees, taxes, and dues should you be prevented by covered unforeseen circumstances from attending the event.
