Anée Atelier is a New York City based, boutique photography studio led by best friend duo, Gina Esposito and Sheena Meekins.

Gina has been photographing weddings and events for 17 years, capturing 1,000+ weddings to date worldwide. A natural-born storyteller, her body of work combines her background shooting compelling portraiture, editorial, and lifestyle photography with a deep love and zest for travel.

In pursuit of offering the most elevated service and quality of work to a discerning clientele, Gina joined forces with seasoned creative, Sheena Meekins. The two co-founded Anée Atelier following Sheena’s eight-year career in publishing at Condé Nast and Time Inc., where she spearheaded integrated marketing and branded content for Teen Vogue, Vogue, People, People StyleWatch, and Essence. A desire for creative pursuits outside the world of magazines led Sheena to follow her passion for photography full-time. Today, Sheena’s portfolio is a result of her editor’s eye, background in art and creative direction, spirited vision, and global perspective.

Together, the women of Anée Atelier have parlayed their industry expertise and fashion publishing pedigree, respectively, into an oeuvre that combines photojournalism, romantic composition, and storytelling for clients across 23 states and 16 countries around the world.

When not behind the lens, you can find the two lost in their latest music obsession, plotting their next international adventure or hosting an elaborate beach party out of the back of Gina’s souped-up Jeep Wrangler.
