Fallon Carter

Fallon Carter Events was founded 10 years ago after an eventful trip to Paris, France for a friend’s wedding. This was my first wedding guest experience as an adult, and was intended to be a week of unlimited cheese, champagne and croissants. It would actually become the trip that changed my life. Upon arrival, my role as guest quickly upgraded to “week of coordinator.” My friend’s dress was shipped to Paris for the wedding, and upon arrival -was not recognizable -or wearable. After finding a brand newwedding dress in a week, followed by floral shopping, and managing the bridal party on the day, I knew I was onto something. Falling in love with the ability to solve problems in real time, I left behind my brand new political science degree + law school goals in Washington, DC, and headed to New York City to become an event planner less than a year after my adventure in Paris. One wedding led to another and referrals led to even more. New York weddings soon led to events in Los Angeles, vow renewals inNevis, and Milestone birthdays in Cartagena…I was then upgraded to a Destination Event Planner. I believe travel should be experienced often and with others. I am a Mississippi native, debutante, retired cheerleader, former dance team captain, forever theater kid, and explored. I am the mother to a few plants and spend most of my time researching vegan + gluten free baking recipes. My hobbies include purchasing domain names and 1000 piece puzzles. I was named one of Harper’s Bazaar Top Planners in the World and am currently the Event Chair of Wish Upon a Wedding New York. Everyday I am grateful that I did not go to law school.
