Charlotte started her career in Digital Marketing when she earned a place in Disney’s Graduate Internship program. Since then, during her 7+ years working between Disney & Viacom she gained invaluable insight into a range of audiences and platforms. Within these roles she was able to influence the rapid growth of social media marketing, rolling out a variety of international initiatives for ever-developing platforms including the web, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. By launching new accounts on Instagram, watching thoughtfully crafted content go viral on YouTube and continually studying the unpredictable nature of social media distribution, Charlotte has become an expert in audience development and content marketing.

Since joining Style Me Pretty as a consultant in 2018, she has been able to leverage her vast range of experience to grow and develop the business, not just in their marketing efforts, but also in the way they operate overall. Today Charlotte is SMP’s Chief Operating Officer, driving the business strategy, managing the operations, improving optimization and helping them to leverage their deep content roots in new and innovative business ventures.

Outside of work Charlotte loves to travel, and also enjoys cooking, running and barre. She currently lives in Amsterdam with her husband, Frank, and 2 year old Labrador, LouLou.
