Sewar Bisharat grew up in an environment where creativity was always encouraged. From art and music to design and fashion, Sewar was always exposed to this realm through her mother, Majeda Kassir Bisharat, Founder and Creative Director of MY Event Design; a full-fledged event design, planning and management company based in Amman – Jordan.

After obtaining her Bachelors degree from the University College London in 2011, Sewar decided to work for Royal Dutch Shell. Even though this might not have been the obvious choice for Sewar, her four-years experience provided her with an extensive managerial skill-set along with the ability to envision long term business development strategies.

As soon as she joined MY Event Design, Sewar gradually started incorporating her visionary approach to the team, playing a leading role in developing the business and growing their opportunities. Her recent efforts to expand outside Jordan were met successfully, as she have managed to land the company a few destination weddings.

MY Event Design’s vision transcends borders and boundaries, covering events across the Middle East and Europe. From consolidation and conceptualization, to designing, planning and managing each event, the team is fully aware that the smallest detail matters. The company prides itself with its approach to each event with a keen eye for innovation and excellence.

Weddings, engagements, corporate events, dinners, anniversaries, parties, baby showers and special events are just a few of a list of many occasions the company has managed to trademark in the scene so far.
