WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND ENGAGE!20 Dubai?
The cost to attend Engage!20 Dubai is $4,500 US and includes three days and nights of exceptional connections, education, inspiration, amazing cuisine, spectacular entertainment, parties, signature gifting and much more! Air travel, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations are separate. We have been offered 20% off of rates at both Armani Hotel Dubai and the Address Hotel Downtown Dubai. You can select your room or suite category and determine what is the best fit for you. Specific booking details and a code for registered attendees will be shared upon registration confirmation and room categories will be available on a limited basis. The earlier you confirm and book, the higher the likelihood you will get your preferred rate and style of accommodation.

WHERE ARE EVENTS TAKING PLACE?
Engage!20 Dubai will be headquartered at Armani Hotel Dubai in the Burj Khalifa for registration, the opening and general sessions and the final night gala and after party at Armani/Prive. The welcome party will take place at Zeta Lounge at the Address Hotel Downtown Dubai, overlooking the famous Dubai Fountains and the Burj Khalifa. The second evening will feature dine around experiences at the Armani Hotel Dubai and Address Downtown with a Dessert Party at the hot new nightclub Ce La Vie at Address Skyview. Exclusive Dubai experiences and adventures will be offered on the third day allowing attendees to select the experience that most interests them.
IS THERE A REDUCED RATE FOR ATTENDING MY 5TH or MORE ENGAGE?
Yes, for those attending their 5th or more Engage! event there will be an automatic reduction of $500 upon registration.
IS THERE A REDUCED RATE FOR ATTENDING MORE THAN ONE ENGAGE!20 EVENT?
Yes, for those planning to join us for multiple events in 2020, you will receive an automatic reduction of $500 per event. These can be combined with the 5+ time offer. The maximum reduction per event is $1000.
WHERE DO I FLY INTO AND DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE AIRPORT TRANSFERS?
Dubai (DXB) is one of the largest and busiest airports in the world. In fact, it is the world’s busiest airport by international traffic. Emirates is the main carrier with hundreds of direct flights arriving each day. Airport transfers are not included with your registration fee as there are hundreds of arrivals coming in around the clock. However, private transportation will be included from the Armani Hotel Dubai and the Address Hotel Downtown to all planned events within the program. The event is for guests of either Armani Hotel Dubai or the Address Hotel Downtown.
MY SPOUSE/SIGNIFICANT OTHER/BUSINESS ASSOCIATE WILL BE JOINING ME IN DUBAI. HOW MAY I INCLUDE THEM IN THE EVENING EVENTS?

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL ATTEND ENGAGE!20 Dubai?
As with each of our internationally based events, we will have 250 attendees, speakers and partners. This event is our most diverse and global to date with over 30 countries (and counting!) represented. The program and content are being curated and will reflect who is joining us. Just as no two Engage! events are ever alike – this one promises to be incredibly special as we make the world of luxury weddings and events even smaller!
PERSPECTIVE ON ENGAGING IN DUBAI
We know that our own country and much of the world has come a long way in the past few years towards eliminating archaic and unjust laws and yet, there is still a long way to go, in many places all over the world.
When we started to consider Dubai as a destination, we had our own perceptions of restrictions on personal liberty in Dubai. It is for this reason that we visited ourselves, to better understand the land, its culture, and its people. We found Dubai to be an incredibly diverse, open, inclusive and tolerant society.
As with every Engage! event that we host, we are partnering, supporting and showcasing many talented creative businesses based both in Dubai and globally that are minority owned.
As part of our programming for the event, and through our Engage! Foundation efforts, we will be including conversations and support of initiatives relative to tolerance and tackling the difficult and complex issues that continue to face our global luxury wedding and event industry.
We are immensely proud of what our industry represents, and how we celebrate love all over the world.
