WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND THE ENGAGE!19 LONDON EXPERIENCE?
The cost is $5,000 US (approximately £3900) and includes three days and nights of exceptional connections, education, inspiration, admission to each of the Historic Royal Palaces, amazing cuisine, spectacular entertainment, parties, signature gifting and much more! Air travel, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations are separate. We have been offered incredible rates at Rosewood London which begin at £325++ VAT/night and range upward depending on the room category. Specific booking details will be shared upon registration confirmation and room categories will be available on a limited basis. The earlier you confirm, the higher the likelihood you will get your preferred rate and style of accommodation. (Please note, standard room rates for Rosewood London in October typically begin £799++.)

IS THERE A REDUCED RATE FOR ATTENDING MY 5TH or MORE ENGAGE?
Yes, for those attending their 5th or more Engage! event there will be an automatic reduction of $500. The multi-event code will not apply to The Engage!19 London Experience, however, if attending Baha Mar or Nizuc, as well as London, the $500 reduction will apply to either of those events.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION FROM BAHA MAR OR NIZUC TO LONDON?
Yes, that is possible as long as we have the space available. Please note there will be a charge to cover the difference as the London event is $5000. If you are planning to transfer please email us as soon as possible engage@engagingconcepts.com.
DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE AIRPORT TRANSFERS?
London is home to two major, international airports, Heathrow (LHR) and Gatwick (LGW), with hundreds of flights arriving each day. Airport transfers are not included with your registration fee as there are multiple options into London. Transportation will be included from the Rosewood London to the evening events at the Historic Royal Palaces (and other planned events within the program). If you are not staying at Rosewood London, we will provide direction for arrival and departure to each of the evening events if you choose not to depart from the Rosewood.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL ATTEND THE ENGAGE!19 LONDON EXPERIENCE?
This event will be more intimate than our North American based events, with no more than 250 attending. We anticipate, based on demand and interest, that the Engage!19 London Experience will sell out and we will begin a waiting list. The event is sure to draw a very international audience and we will create the program and content to reflect who is joining us. Just as no two Engage! events are ever alike – this one promises to be incredibly special as we make the world of luxury weddings and social events even smaller!
WILL YOU HAVE THE SAME SPEAKERS & PROGRAM AS IN THE PAST?
The speakers have been secured and will be announced in the coming weeks. We will have a blend of Engage! favorites – all-stars in the world of luxury weddings and events as well as expand to reflect a more global roster of talent to represent those that are doing big things in the business of weddings and luxury around the world. Our program will be customized to, and inspired by, our spectacular location.
