Kirsten Palladino – Equally Wed

Kirsten Ott Palladino is an award-winning writer and editor, and is one of the world’s most notable experts on LGBTQ+ weddings. She is the author of Equally Wed: The Ultimate Guide to Planning Your LGBTQ+ Wedding (Seal Press and Hachette Book Group).

She’s the cofounder and editorial director of the world’s leading online modern LGBTQ+ wedding magazine, Equally Wed, and has been featured in and on a host of luminary publications and media outlets from the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, Washington Post, The Knot, Entrepreneur magazine and Time magazine to ABC News, CNN, NPR, Martha Stewart Weddings, Politico, and Glamour magazine.

As Equally Wed is its tenth year of publishing, Kirsten’s focus has shifted to educating the wedding and hospitality industries on LGBTQ+ inclusivity, and in 2019, she launched Equally Wed Pro’s LGBTQ+ inclusive certification program to help wedding professionals learn how to be more inclusive of the LGBTQ+ community. A passionate activist and proud queer woman, Kirsten loves chatting all things weddings and LGBTQ+ so don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
