Luis Otoya is founder and co-owner of RobbinsOtoya with Matthew Robbins. This new company focuses on planning and designing exquisite destination events outside of the US. Luis combines his knowledge of hospitality and catering with Matthew’s expertise in design and entertaining forming the perfect team. The company maintains an office in Cartagena, Colombia and New York City. Luis is owner and founder of a successful and innovative catering company, Evento y Cocina, in his hometown of Cartagena, Colombia. He entered the world of events eight years ago with the launch of his catering company. He has traveled the world sharing his culinary vision of refined and elevated Colombian cuisine. His work and expert advice has been featured in numerous publications throughout South America and beyond, including Jamie Oliver Magazine, Sweet Paul Magazine, Vogue Spain, Hola, JetSet, D’Boda Novias. Luis and Matthew are currently developing concepts for a new book while staying busy producing new and artful experiences for their clients around the world.
