Kirsten Palladino is an award-winning editor, writer, activist and educator with 16 years experience in the publishing industry and eight of those have been focused on the wedding industry. She’s the co-founder and editorial director of equallywed.com, the world’s leading digital LGBTQ+ wedding magazine, and the author of EQUALLY WED: THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO PLANNING YOUR LGBTQ+ WEDDING (Hachette Book Group, 2017).

She’s the creator of the term “equality-minded weddings” and the founder of the Wedding Equality Alliance (weddingequalityalliance.com). As an activist and an educator, Kirsten works with companies small and large to become more equality-minded and sensitive to the needs of their diverse employees and clientele.
