Sabrina Cannon has worked at Harrods for 15 years, starting her career as a part-time sales associate for the company while still studying at university.

Cannon specialised in HR management for six years, but was inspired by the pace and dynamic atmosphere of retail to move across to that area of the business.

Having worked as Business Manager of Luxury Handbags for two years, Cannon took up the role of Head of Personal Shopping six years ago. Her responsibilities included overseeing the expansion and renovation of Personal Shopping across three distinct private-shopping-suite locations; under her management, the Harrods Personal Shopping team more than doubled in size in the space of three years.

In May 2016, Cannon was promoted to Deputy Director, Personal Shopping, where she is responsible for leading a talented team of personal shoppers. The team focuses firmly on client-relationship management, specialising in delivering an enhanced, bespoke shopping experience for Harrods’ most discerning customers.
