Melina has over 20 years experience in the weddings and events industry. Encompassing a stellar career starting from The Ritz, London, she found her passion in Banquets and Restaurants which lead her on a career path to work for distinguished brands such as the Athens Hilton, Harrods and The Langham. In the U.S., Melina played an integral role in the banquets, events, and meetings division of Mandarin Hotel Group. In eleven years she successfully opened three hotels for the group: Miami, New York and Las Vegas. She proudly moved back to New York to open Conrad New York as Director of Catering & Events.

Melina returned to London in 2015 to launch Milos’s London restaurant. She is now event producing Industry shows for Quintessentially Atelier and setting up the EMEA Division of Master Connection Associates specialising in training and consulting in the hospitality industry. Her passion and love for the Wedding Industry bought her to her first Engage! and upon moving back to London she knew it was important to showcase this event in Europe. She is proud to partner with Rebecca, Kathryn & James bringing Engage! to Europe.
