Genevieve de Manio approaches the story of a wedding with the eye of a photojournalist, the soul of an artist, and the heart of a romantic.

Since opening her photography studio in 1997, Gigi has become a nationally recognized wedding photographer, capturing exquisite, fine art documentary images for discerning clients and event planners and designers throughout the US and internationally. Noteworthy events include weddings for Chelsea Clinton/Marc Mezvinsky, Nate Berkus/Jeremiah Brent, and Linda Pizzutti/John Henry. With her warm personality, clients feel completely at ease as she captures intimate, authentic moments throughout the wedding day.

Prior to this success, Gigi worked for over seven years in commercial photography assisting several established fashion and portrait photographers in Boston and New York. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hollins University and is a graduate of the Portfolio Center in Altanta, GA. Gigi lives and works in her home in Carlisle, MA with her husband and three children.
