Steven is the Director of Product for The Knot, the world’s largest wedding brand, and the former CEO of Hoppit, the award-winning search engine. Founded in 2010, Hoppit pioneered the use of Big Data in location-based services and was frequently featured in tech and mobile media. In 2013, Hoppit was acquired by XO Group (NYSE:XOXO), where Steven transitioned into leadership at The Knot, XO’s flagship brand. Since then, he launched The Knot iOS app, the App Store’s #1 wedding app, and is currently leading The Knot’s marketplace product line. Both Hoppit and The Knot have been selected as Apple’s “Best New Apps.” Steven is a graduate of Wheaton College, resides in New York City with his wife Rebecca, and serves on the board of Jonas Paul Eyewear, an innovative children’s eyewear company.
