Our Host Resort

The five-star Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World®Resort opened to much acclaim in late 2014, bringing a new level of luxury to the country’s most popular tourism destination. One of the largest resorts in the Four Seasons portfolio, the 443-room resort has an entirely new category of rooms (“fireworks view”); a five-acre private island with swimming pool, lazy river and climbing wall; and courtesy shuttles into The Happiest Place on Earth. So in a nutshell — it’s a perfect fit for Engage!

Our Destination

The Four Seasons Resort Orlando offers sumptuous guest rooms and suites – the largest in Orlando. Enjoy lounging by the palm-tree-lined adult-only pool, The Oasis.  The spectacular Spa features 18 indulgent treatment rooms and a full salon. With five gourmet dining options on property, the Resort offers something to satisfy all palates.  The 18-hole Tranquilo Golf Club at Four Seasons offers a chance to escape on the greens and the three Har-Tru tennis courts present the perfect opportunity to experience a match. All of it just minutes away from the world-renowned theme parks of the Walt Disney World®Resort.

  • Accommodations

    The host resort for Engage!15 Four Seasons Orlando is the brand new Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort. Very special rates beginning from $299 through $379 depending on room category are being offered for Engage!15 attendees with Golden Oak Suites at $679 per night plus taxes. Limited pre- and post-nights are available at the special rate but we do encourage you to book early.

    Specific booking instructions and detailed rate descriptions for our group will be shared upon registration confirmation.

  • Flight Assistance

    We have partnered with Harlan and Kara of The Travel Siblings, who are happy to assist with all of Engage! attendee travel booking arrangements, including room, air and ground transportation, for a nominal fee. They are a wonderful resource to ensure a smooth travel experience to and from the event! Contact information will be shared upon receipt of registration.

  • Transportation

    Four Seasons guests enjoy complimentary transportation to and from the Magic Kingdom Park®, Epcot®, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios®. Plush motor coaches transport guests in style and comfort. Individual transfers within Walt Disney World® Resort are also available at a cost.

    Transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport is not included but a variety of options exist for the 30-minute ride to the resort. Information and options will be provided to attendees in advance.

  • Extended Stay

    For those wishing to spend a few extra days exploring the Walt Disney World Resort® — we encourage you to do so! The special room rates will be extended at the Four Seasons Resort at Walt Disney World ®Resort for a limited time. Please note that regular room rates for this time period range from $783 to over $1,400 per night.
